This was the plant I ordered that was out of stock
ap-006-rotate-90.jpg
It is a tall plant at 24" and Im thinking pretty bushy looking. the replacement looks tall but slimmer. This was a pic of the replacement, a tall skinny grass which is probably more what I wanted anyway.

Did you figure out how they make them so light? 15 gallons of displacement would weigh more than 125 lbs to sink. Do the water holes look like they would allow circulation or would they keep stagnant water inside?
I just took a better look at my first pic and the plant on the right is basically like what the underside of the rock looks like. There are rocks embedded in the resin material that will weigh it down.

Ran to aquarium paradise today to purchase a wild caught red wolf fish…..I’ll post pics later!

they got in an impressive order of wild caught fish:

pictus cats
Banded knife fish
Lima shovel nose
Peacock bass
1 golden dorado
2 red wolf fish
Red tailed chalceus ( not sure I spelled them correctly)
A bunch of good sized geos
Wild caught Oscar’s ( black and white) I was going to buy one but once the net went into the tank, I lost my fish in the mix and then they all stressed out and I couldn’t see the pattern I wanted. I told them I’d be back in a few days to get one.

I am super happy to see these in stock and in the store. It’s been a while since any local store had this type of variety!

Today I brought home my multies (9x) and my calvus and comp. and added them back into my established colony in my bedroom 75….

They came home because I will be home on vacation for two weeks at the end of the week, I knew the fish wouldn’t survive without me.

In that tank now are 19 multies and the two predatory fish.
On a side note, I love how easy it is to catch them! I just pull out all of the shells and I also have all of the fish. Haha

Wednesday I will bring home the 3 remaining goldfish. Though, I don’t have a tank for them, so they will be hanging with my fahaka.

Umm, can you tell us a little more about Nash as well?!
Nash is 1/2 Bengal and 1/2 hyland lynx. He is currently 9 months old and he is 13lbs. He’s going to be a big boy.
We got him from a gal in south eastern oregon where we also got our Zoë from ( same mix but different parents).
