I think the issue is we were looking at the clues wrong… simply flip the picture and get a language converter and bam, figured it out

Hey, my first guess was right! Nice! Did you find them local? Ive been thinking to add a couple more albino to my solo cat in the 46 and then eventually put them in a 90 with my oscar. But the oscar is wild caught and kind of already aggressive toward his pleco tankmate.

Really bad pic of mine

Hoplo cats? My guess one albino (the more expensive one) and two regular…
You cheated. Full disclosure I had texted to alert him to the presence of fish he is looking for. :rofl
I missed your post somehow and had to go back to the top. Woodcats are on the wish list. Pet works also had parrot doradids which were super tempting but at $30ea I passed.

As we have talked before I really missed my old hoplo cat and now that I have a place to put them, I really wanted another so I got the albino. This time around it is also a marble that has the square tail. My old one was a brown hoplo that had a forked tail. Not much color on the brown but cool herringbone pattern on body.

Did my weekend water changes this morning instead of Saturday. Noticed that my bn pleco in the 90 is keeping the Manzanita super clean but tons of wood related poo from him. The 30 gallon shellie tank seems to be just right on the lighting with very little algae growth, makes me want to reduce lighting in a couple other tanks. My 46 planted is frustrating me, well at least my two fancy anubias. They are yellowing even more, while my nana is thriving. Time to dump those fancy ones and just go with simple nanas.

Today I finally got around to a gravel vac…. I’ve been so busy lately that it has been about 3 weeks since there last one ( I’ve just been topping off the tank since then). I’ve also been feeding really lightly ( only because, again, I’ve been so busy I haven’t been out in the garage much to enjoy those tanks.

Anyways, I took some poor quality, high glare pics of my garage tanks right after I did the gravel vacs. At some point , I’d like to tear down a couple of tanks. I think it would be more manageable to only have 3 garage tanks instead of the 6 I currently have. That would actually bring my total tanks down to 6. Haha

we shall see, as right now, I’m totally loving each anyone one of my fish, so getting rid of one will be difficult. Tanks are in order of 220g down to my 29g ( secret) crawfish tank for my puffers live food.

@lloyd378, you need a fishroom! The garage thing is tough unless you have water and drain really close by.

It is sad that you have to choose… thats a hard choice

It is official, I have now joined the ‘been bit by my shellie club’, lol. Was cleaning their tank and they did not approve and told me with a few nips.
My big trimac thought about biting me today while I was gravel vaccing, but I flicked him in the mouth and he swam over by the female and hung there until I was done.

Is there a guaranteed analysis on the back of this product? I haven't seen it in person yet and would like to at it to my list of maybe useful stuff.

Big ole water change day for me, while helping the kids build costumes for Halloween. The later is included in this topic as we had to do most of the cutting off cardboard in the fish room; maybe I should clean the garage up, there a huge half assembled tank rack that's been laying in there for a couple weeks now...
