you’re absolutely right. Not much else to do these days, travel plans all canceled for me. I’ve been trying to downsize but every time I try prepping a tank or fish for sale I fall back in love with the hobby! Feeling hopeful on the new vaccine trial results as well! I’m hoping that gets brought to market in a timely but safe manner. Until then, we have our fishy friends!
@FishBeast, Pet Works in Olympia definitely has the best price on Zoo Med Mopani pieces. I got the "Jumbo" piece for $39.99 each. The price on Spiderwood is a bit high at $20 per half pound if I remember correctly. Tropical Fish World in Bonny Lake seems a better price on Spiderwood pieces. I didnt really look at much else except Mopani at Pet Works so I cant comment on the other woods they carry.

Thank you! That is definitely a great deal. Mopani is what I’m interested in mostly.
Ive only used Manzanita, Spiderwood, Malaysian, and Mopani driftoods and by far my favorite is Mopani. It doesnt rot like the Malaysian, or develop black beard algae like the Manzanita or Spiderwood.
$12/lb This one was $136. Lots of smaller spider wood, everything in the tanks is available as well so several different sizes and shapes

Swapped the gold and turquoise severums over to the 120 and moved the H. Notatus and H. Liberifer to the 220. The H.N. started shredding fins on the H.L.
