a wild caught pair of festae!!!!! i could not be happier right now!

no i have been planning on setting one up again. but the wife and i are going on vacation in a couple weeks so i was going to wait till i get back.

kevin caught me tottally off guard. i had no idea he was getting them! they are taking over my 75 gallon at the house.

he told me they came in from florida. and they are wild caught. i asked if they were from that dan guy and he said no. i have been bugging him to find me a pair ever since mine died. i just had no idea he had them now.

like a buddy just said... kevin is a helluva guy!!!!!

I dont think thats it. Kevin is a HUGE African hobbyist.(it must be something else)

He does not do much in the way of C/S Am. Cichs. Ever notice that his African tanks are always stocked with new fish.

Now that Matt is back 3 days a week, the C & S Am. Cichs should start looking better.

everyone speaks so highly of him because he is a super nice guy! if he is mean to you, then i think there has to be a reason. i can not imagine kevin being mean to anyone! period! the guy is almost friendly to a fault.

Kevin kicks ass. I have bought SA/CA cichlids, Africans and SW fish, live rock, corals, tanks, hoods, lights, food, filters, snakes, etc..lol..at APFP.

Hell, he even offered to let me take his truck to move a tank I wasn't even buying there! Yeah, I have spent thousands there over the past 5 years, but it has ALWAYS been an awesome experience.

I, also, cannot see Kevin hating anyone. The man is a good person.
