These are great sales. When I did my fish room upgrade a few summers ago I picked up four 75g tanks for ~$100 each.

I did some reading, apparently after Petco went public they got rid of the $1 per Gallon sales. These are the best that you will find from Petco and Petsmart. Unless maybe black friday brings something better. But probably not.

The half off sale is as good as it gets. Interestingly not on their website but some Petco store had 90 gallon tanks in stock that also qualified for the sale price. But you had to really pay attention to the plastic frames, many came in cracked. I know from personal experience, had ran down to Olympia Petco for multiple trips due to tank issues, long story…

Oh Petsmart is running it too. But it includes Marineland. Though when I saw it, looked like a lot of the big stuff was out of stock so ymmv.
