Fish ID - Who is this?

I know it's a HORRIBLE picture - but I'm hoping that tail fin is a big clue to who these folks are. I have two males and two females - at least, that's what I was told when I bought them at Bridges in Snohomish. They're super iridescent, hang out in the top 3rd of the tank and are super nice to all their roommates.

Congo tetras. Beautiful fish in low lighting.

I was in the Co-Op on Sunday and noticed some in the first tank on the top by the door.

Now that they're settling in a bit, they act like the Giant Danios in Tank #2 when the Blood Worms plop in. Ravenous-acting creatures! I mean they go crazy kicking around those frozen blobs of worm!!

It kind of freaks out the Electric Blue Ram couple - who are now settling into their own version of "ballsy" (which I am thrilled about). I saw one territoriality chase a Red Fin tetra yesterday. Go RAMS!
