I keep going back and forth on getting something like that for the feedings before they start to "hibernate" for the winter. I had some issues the first few years, so I stopped feeding in October. But they still pick at duckweed and such. They don't need it, but I like tossing in some food when we get those nice couple days of weather and they're out.
Probably should add my fish food lol
For the Endlers they get whatever is cheapest in bulk that isn't garbage. There's like 12 tanks to feed lol
The Bettas get frozen bloodworms and live food. The diet varies by season, but I try to be able to feed live foods year round if I can stop crashing colonies. I have a 30 setup for live food that currently has tadpoles growing out. Once they're gone I'll add some more water and keep harvesting wild microfauna to stock it. Hopefully that will be more stable with 15-20 gallons in 30 gallons of surface space.
