festae layed eggs.....again!

i fed the babies for the first time today..there are alot of free swimming little festae now.. will put pics up when i can get some decent ones.

yeah, no kidding... never seen so many pre-orders on a fish before... these red terrors are more popular than I thought.... I guess they are a little more rare too... glad we got a local breeder around now!

Ya Kieth. Whats up with the babies? :scratch: I just ordered 3 from on line, 3/4 -1" big, :cheers: or small, depending on how you say it. :) I would sure love to add a couple 2-4 of yours to the mix. :punk:

Different note, that 6" male Festae that I picked up at Conway pets, is an aggressive one. I shot video of him single handily taking on a pair of Cons w/babies and the 4"-5" Umbees that I got from you. Ya, 2 of the Ums are growing well, the other 2 are small still. I will have to post a video of the confrontation.

lol... well i lost alot of the babies. i was a couple days to late on getting all the other fish out of the tank. there are about 10 left. they are doing real well now. growing pretty damn fast. spyral stops by all the time and remarks on how big they are getting. but i dont notice it as much...

im going to wait a little longer on taking them out of the tank. the parents are doing a good job as of now... the female is still real colored up, her tube is out and real fat, so i figure when i get these out they will spawn again. now they are alone in the tank so i figure the next batch will be alot bigger...

@madness.... were are these videos... i really want to see this male!
