That is interesting that it says sponsored by Aqueon. That is the brand they used to do before the Tetra tanks. Some stores will likely still have Tetra stock to go through. Not that there is much difference in these smaller tanks just will affect the glass top size since they are both slightly different.

The tetra tanks are garbage. Horrible finish work, no quality control, thinner glass. Here is how the majority of the tetra tanks look at the two petcos by my house. I always have to dig through the stack to find a decent one.

Wow! That's bad! I had read everyone's complaints on another forum about how terrible the Tetra's were last sale, so I was expecting the worst when I went to pick up my 20L, but my hubby & I looked at several and really only saw one that had the seal coming loose at the top. Maybe we just got lucky. We did go on the first day of the sale, because I was worried about getting stuck with a bad one and I didn't want to make my hubby reseal yet another tank - even though he seems to be getting so good at it now. LOL!

I am really trying to resist the urge this time around....but I did see someone on CL selling juvenile axolotls for a decent price not to far from me, so the urge is strong!

I wasnt going to get any tanks when i thought it was tetra. But since it's aqueon i'll be getting 2 more 40 breeders and 9 10 gallon tanks.
