HOw much do you feed your betta

I feed mine a tiny pinch of mini wafers. I'd guess it's about 5-7. Sometimes I give her some bloodworms and/or brine shrimp too. I know I overfeed her (I can tell because her stomach gets really round), but she begs. One pellet doesn't seem like enough.

One pellet seems like not enough. I have a lone male in a 2.5g tank with a heater and hob filter. This makes for an active betta so I feed 5-6 Omega One betta pellets a day. I will usually also give a bit of frozen food or live earthworm once a week.

INteresting. I'd like to hear more. I also only feed my fish every three days or so in my big tank. They live long and are healthy. My last BEtta lived to be 8.

Oh , once n awhile I give shrimp or blood worm... frozen...

I overfeed, but at the same time my intentions are also to feed my beloved trumpet snails so everything works out. Couple days of the week they get a small pinch of omega one flakes, 1 day they get half a pea and the other four days of the week they get 10-15 frozen blood worms(occasionally some other form of frozen food) I have a habit of taking in beaten up bettas and I think their diet really helps them heal in addition to being in a filtered and heated tank.

Yes I do feed that many blood worms, I defrost a couple cubes of whatever frozen food in a cup of hot water and then dump some in all the tanks. I used to just pull out 4-5 worms for them but all my tanks are planted with strong filters and much of the worms would get pulled into the filters of swept into the moss, and as mentioned above I purposely feed my snails

I feed my bettas a pinch of flakes 2 x a day and they get dried bloodworms and frozen bloodworms as a treat as well as some frozen krill and brine shrimp. They seem really happy and active and healthy. :D
