3.5 gallon breeding suggestions

I'm setting up a rack made up of 4 10 gallon tanks to breed some Endlers, white clouds and other fish. There is some space under the tanks and between the floor. Roughly 10 inches. So I thought I could set some 15qt ,3.5 gallons of I'm correct, up and try to breed something in them. I could hear them and they would have a sponge filter. I was wondering if there were any fish, shrimp, or snails I could breed. ( I can and will heat, but I was also looking for some cooler water fish)

The majority of the critters I enjoy keeping will do fine in 3.5 gallons-- but you have to be a little more careful with them. Big tanks tend to change slowly, and are more forgiving. Tiny tanks crash fast.

Most caridina and neocaridina shrimp would do fine in tanks that size, as would a pair or trio of most African or South American killies (which also happen to be my favorite fish to keep). Snails are just snails, so fine too (although I would not purposely keep snails with egg layers, for obvious reasons, and assassin snails probably shouldn't be kept with shrimp).

Most of my tanks with these critters run at room temps, no heaters-- 60-75 degrees or so.
